DAVID HURST

David brings 20 years of direct experience to meeting client’s
needs in the field of Insolvency. Dealing across a diverse range of
industries, from automotive to manufacturing to agriculture, he
provides advice to clients regarding their specific issues.
Specialising in corporate recovery and reconstruction matters
including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships
and informal workouts, David’s work involves:

formal insolvency appointments as Voluntary Administrator, Liquidator or Receiver/ Receiver and Manager; |
| • |
preparing reports for secured lenders regarding their
security position; |
| • |
preparing expert’s reports to assist with litigation; and, |
| • |
providing general advice to clients regarding
insolvency issues. |
David is heavily involved with the development of a specialised
software package which assists with the management and
control of the practice’s insolvency appointments. This software,
in conjunction with the firm’s other procedures and systems
places Armstrong Wily at the forefront of the insolvency field. |
